No. The recommended start is one team and one real project for two weeks. Only once leadership sees capacity and costs faster than before does it make sense to move the rest.
How long until we get value out of it?
The workspace is created in a minute. Useful data appears after the first week of tracking — before that, reporting has nothing to compute from.
Do we pay for every person?
No. Business is a fixed price for the whole workspace with unlimited accounts. It scales with the number of active projects, meaning actual workload.
What if you discontinue the product?
A complete data export is part of every plan, so you never leave empty-handed. For companies needing more certainty we offer on-premise operation or source-code escrow with an independent third party.
Does it handle attendance and overtime for Czech rules?
Yes. The working-hours budget is derived from the calendar, public holidays, contract share and approved absences. Attendance can be manual or connected to an existing system.
Where does our data run?
On the provider’s servers in Czechia, each company in its own database schema. Enterprise customers can have a dedicated environment or run it on their own infrastructure.

Orqana was not born in a meeting room. It grew out of the daily operations of a technical team that needed the work queue, capacity and costs in one place — and no existing tool managed it without three extra spreadsheets.
